What is The Strength Unit?

 
The Strength Unit is a dedicated functional fitness facility in Wetherby, specialising in strength and fitness training for all abilities. We are a gym with a difference, offering group and personal training with many types of training styles – from strength and power to kettlebells, weights and intervals.

 

Our gym equipment is designed to be fully effective, so if you’re wanting to have a fun workout with tyres, hammers, battle ropes, weights and more, The Strength Unit is the place to be.

 

We believe fitness should be fun and effective – you WILL see results which will keep you coming back for more.

 

Fitness & Strength Training

 

Group Sessions – Our group sessions are tailored to several different training styles, depending on what your fitness goals are – build core strength, power, conditioning or overall fitness. The sessions are fun, hard work and get results.
 

 
 
 

Private / Semi-Private Training – Get a more personalised and focused session with one of our highly qualified personal trainers. We focus on your individual goals and work closely with you to get results. Small group training with friends or family offered too.

 

 
 
 

Open Gym Sessions – Book a 1-hour slot to come and do your own thing, or try our “session of the day”
 

Memberships & Prices

 
Our membership has no joining fee and only a two-month tie-in to give you and your body time to see the changes. We are a very friendly gym, and once you become a member of The Strength Unit, you become a part of our fitness family!

 

There are five different membership options available to suit your time and needs – from one group session a week, to five sessions a week. Once a member, you can join any group session.
