Al Williams is a fantastic Fitness Coach at The Strength Unit. He instructs in some of the classes along with training his private clients.
Al has experience of working with a variety of clients; including those interested in weight loss, improved nutrition and those struggling with general health.
With the ability to make anyone feel like a top athlete, Al brings a different approach to training. He also specialises in training athletes and those training for competitive events. He has provided S&C support to Leeds Rowing Club, MCCU Leeds/Bradford cricket team and the Academy at Bradford Bulls Rugby League Club.
Al studied for a Masters Degree in Strength & Conditioning. This exposed him to a variety of training methods, furthering his knowledge and experience.
