Al Williams is a fantastic Fitness Coach at The Strength Unit. He manages and instructs the Strength and Conditioning sessions along with training his private clients and instructing in some of the other classes we have at The Strength Unit.
Al has experience of working with a variety of clients; including those interested in weight loss, improved nutrition and those struggling with general health.
With the ability to make anyone feel like a top athlete, Al brings a different approach to training. He also specialises in training athletes and those training for competitive events. He has provided S&C support to Leeds Rowing Club, MCCU Leeds/Bradford cricket team and is currently interning with the Academy at Bradford Bulls.
Al is studying for a Masters Degree in Strength & Conditioning. This has exposed him to a variety of training methods, furthering his knowledge and experience.
Whether you’re an elite athlete or a beginner, Al will use the same process and coach you to become fitter, faster and stronger.
