If you’re looking for small class sizes with top notch instructors who deliver fun but effective fitness classes then The Strength Unit is for you!
We have fitness classes to suit all ages and abilities. There is one promise we make at The Strength Unit gym in Wetherby: You will be pushed to your limits and we will help you reach your goals! Fitness classes can be a great way to keep your motivation high. Training with other people who have similar goals can really help you to push yourself and get results. If you’re not sure which fitness classes might be right for you, get in touch and we can discuss your needs.

Wednesday 0930-1030 – Buff mums
Wednesday 1815-1900 – Strong
Wednesday 1915-2000 – Explode
Thursday 0930-1030 – Buff mums
Thursday 1800-1900 – Barbells
Friday 0700-0730 – Intense Kettlebells
Saturday 0830-0930 – Learn to Lift
Saturday 0930-1015 – Fitness Yoga
There are also some open gym sessions available to book into via the app. We have also introduced “Closed Open Gym” sessions – where you let yourself in and train.
N.B. Must be an active member for at least 2 weeks prior to booking into the Closed Open Gym sessions. All sessions are timetabled and must be booked into.
