Our gym membership has no joining fee and only a 2 month tie in to give you and your body time to see the changes. Once a member of The Strength Unit you will become part of our family.

We have 5 different membership options from once a week (4 group training sessions a month) to 5 per week (20 sessions per month). You are able to come to ANY group session that is run by The Strength Unit team.

PRIVATE COACHING PRICES

We will meet for a FREE Health and Lifestyle Consultation, where we can discuss your needs and assess the right kind of programme for you. From here we can also discuss the amount of sessions you require.

In an ideal world, everyone would have a full-time personal trainer for that added support and motivation, but in the REAL world this is not possible for everyone’s budget. It doesn’t matter if you opt for one session a week or four, you will still get 100% support from us every single time.

We have four packages ranging from one session per week up to four sessions per week. We can also design bespoke packages if you feel none of these are suitable.

Unlimited open gym membership can also be added to your PT package for an extra £10 per month.

SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING PACKAGES

Semi-private (small group) coaching sessions are the perfect way for you to benefit from the quality of service, but in a small group situation and at a cheaper cost per person.

These sessions are aimed at 2-3 people – so is ideal for couples who want to workout together, a couple of friends or family members.

The sessions will be tailored so that the maximum benefit is attained each time you come.
