Go to the buff mums class and couldn’t recommend it more. I’ve never been into exercise and found it difficult because of a hip joint problem but I thoroughly enjoy this class. Ali is supportive and encouraging and adapts the exercises to my ability and needs with my hip. Can take your small children to the class making it easy for a new mum.

Joined The Strength Unit in Summer last year after 2 years of no exercise, and have never looked back! I really enjoy the classes as they have a good mix of people, which makes for a great atmosphere. I am now 100% stronger physically and the classes are a great way to de-stress after work. Despite the tough workouts, I look forward to exercise now instead of putting it off (because I can actually see the progress I am making) and have recently increased my membership to 5 sessions a week to get my fix!
