Charlotte is fully qualified and insured Sports Therapist with a BSc honours degree. Her treatments are highly effective for injury rehabilitation along with treating general aches and pains. This has created a track record of successful treatments, repeat clients and client referrals.
During her sessions she aims to reduce muscular pain and tension, improve range of movement at a joint and strengthen weak muscles to improve postural abnormalities.
It is important to treat injuries and daily aches and pains in order to prevent further muscular damage, injury and discomfort.
Charlotte has completed a VCTC course in Sports Therapy Massage and a Rocktape course. This involves kinesiotape which can either facilitate a weak joint or cause inhibitory effects to prevent muscle spasm.
